AMPP ITS 23 Quartely Check Evaluation System

Background

The idea is to evaluate each quarter performance from Objective Key Result (OKR) and team dynamics through Six-Sigma (DMAIC) system. We created system to ensure gradual improvment over quarter.

Throughout executive and team meeting, we analyzed the organizational process and system required quality control each quarter as well as way foreward to each department set their direction and goals. The process comes down to 3 method: OKR Verification and Validation, Strategic Analysis, and Evaluation and Reflection. In OKR verification and validation, we assess the accomplishment of reaching the OKR through moonshot goal of 65% in accumulation as well as attached proof of accomplishment. In strategic analysis, we use Six Sigma (DMAIC) system to understand the root of problem and create a system of direction. Inside, there are multiple thinking framework (5 Whys, goal statement, and prioritization). In evaluation and reflection, the team point out their inner problem and evaluate as well as setting up future direction ahead.

Results.

The result is positively accepted and it is alleviating for multiple member of team able to collaborate on their past mistakes and observe the future ahead.
